I made this for my mother who recently passed away at 95 years of age. I made it for her about 2 years prior to that. She use to weave rugs on a 6' floor loom. She did not have the strength to do that anymore. So she requested a table top that would be easy for her to use. She was my inspiratiion for weaving and making looms.
